Water for Injection
FTS Lifecare offers complete solutions for Water for Injection systems in UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, and Bahrain. Water for Injection (WFI) can be defined as high-quality water that doesn’t contain significant contamination. A sterile version is used to make solutions that are given by injection. In almost all cases, substances are added to make the solution more or less isotonic. This is to prevent the breakdown of the red blood cells. You might also need versions that prevent bacterial growth. No matter what your needs are, at FTS Lifecare we offer the right solutions that perfectly meet all your needs.
How is WFI Produced?
Water for Injection System (WFI) is produced by combining the processes of distillation and further purification is done by Reversed Osmosis. Distillation is considered to be an intrinsically safe method. However, if the distiller fails or generates insufficient heat, then you would get no evaporation and no WFI generation. At FTS Lifecare, we build and install high-quality distillers that have low failure rates. In case of any failure, our support would fix the issue at the earliest so as to reduce the downtime to a minimum.
The use of RO and polishers can also help you generate WFI. However, there might be some issues here as well. The biggest issue is the rupture of the seals or membrane failures. To prevent these issues, we use high-quality filter membranesthat can withstand high pressure. Even then, to detect any possible failures, we use advanced additional equipment such as inline micro or endotoxin monitors.
Not only do we manufacture the components of Water for Injection Systems, we also help you to install the system based on your needs. We also offer reliable aftersales services so to deal with issues like maintenance and repair issues.
